Health Worker Training

Health care training in Sierra Leone is limited. HelpMadina provides essential and ongoing medical training for the nursing staff.

As well as screening and treatment, emphasis is placed on health education. Management protocols are in place for the management of a wide variety of conditions – including infectious and non-infectious conditions (malnutrition, diabetes, hypertension). Medical records are kept for audit purposes.
