All of our HelpMadina projects are made possible because of support from our donors who raise funds and make donations. The people of Madina are incredibly thankful to our donors and fundraisers for their support, kindness and generosity. All funds raised have an huge impact and are very gratefully received, and all volunteers who travel to Sierra Leone are self-funded, paying for their own travel and other costs.

All funds raised will go directly to our Medical and Community projects, supporting people and ensuring they have a healthy future.

Fundraising activities have included car boot and bake sales, afternoon tea and cakes, talks given about the work of Helpmadina, Church funding activities, Duke of Edinburgh challenges and sport challenges such as cycling and marathons.

We also receive in-kind donations of knitted clothing, patchwork blankets,medical equipment, essential medicines and electronic equipment such as mobile phones, cameras and laptops etc.
